Please do not share this link with customers. This page is for POS Specialists staff. It lists personal mobile numbers for the whole team. If a customer needs to reach someone, send them that team member page instead.
Or pick just the people you need
Nothing is ticked to start with. Tick the people you want, then press the button. This is the one to use when we hire someone and you only need the new card.
On an iPhone
Tap the button. Safari hands the file to Contacts and you get a screen listing everyone you picked. Look it over, then tap Add All Contacts.
On an Android
Tap the button. The file downloads, then open it and Google Contacts asks which account to import into.
If you already have someone saved
You can end up with two cards for the same person. An iPhone spots this and offers to fix it under a Duplicates Found banner at the top of Contacts. That is exactly why this page lets you pick instead of always taking everyone.
Staying current
This page and the contact cards read live from the team pages, so they are never out of date. When someone joins, come back and grab just their card.
