This Privacy Policy describes how POS Specialists (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you visit our website posspecialists.com (the “Site”), and your rights regarding that information. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

• Personal Information You Provide: Name, email, phone, business details when you contact us via forms.
• Automatically Collected Information: When you visit the Site, we and our third-party providers may collect:

10. Team Photos App (Employees)

POS Specialists provides a mobile and web app called Team Photos for our own employees. It is not offered to customers or the public.

What it collects. When an employee signs in with their posspecialists.com Google account, the app receives their name and email address from Google. When an employee takes or chooses a photo in the app, that photo (the cropped version and the original) is uploaded to POS Specialists’ company Google Drive.

Why. The photo is reviewed by a company administrator and, once approved, is used as the employee’s picture on the POS Specialists website, in their company email signature and as their Google Workspace profile picture.

Where it lives and who sees it. Photos are stored in POS Specialists’ Google Workspace (Google Drive) and are visible to the employee and to POS Specialists administrators. We do not sell or share these photos with third parties, and the app contains no advertising or analytics trackers. Approved photos may appear publicly on our website as part of the team page.

Your control. An employee can remove their photo at any time with the “Remove my photo” button in the app, which deletes both the cropped and original files. Employees can also ask helpdesk@posspecialists.com to remove a photo or stop using it, and it will be removed within 5 business days. Photos are deleted when an employee leaves the company.

Permissions. The app asks for camera access (to take the photo) and photo library access (to choose an existing photo) only when you tap those buttons. It does not access your contacts, location or other files.
