Mostly multi location work
Texas work skews toward operators running several rooms, and the questions change at that point. Can you push a price change everywhere at once. Can you see last night across all locations without building a report. Can a new general manager be trained the same way in every store. That is a build and configuration problem, and it is the part most dealers skip.
We build the whole group as a group rather than as separate installs that happen to share a logo.
The metroplex is also a long drive end to end. An operator with rooms in Plano, Fort Worth and Dallas proper cannot treat a site visit as a small thing, so most of what we do has to work remotely: menu changes, price pushes, new staff added, reporting pulled without anyone driving anywhere.
When something genuinely needs hands on the equipment, we come out. The point of building it properly is that it does not need to happen often.
