How we run an out of state install
We build your menu, modifiers and kitchen routing before anyone travels, so the install itself is short and the system is already yours when we arrive. Our team is on site for go live and the first services, not just the setup. After that, support answers around the clock from Northern California, and remote access means most issues never need a visit.
Being honest about it: we are not around the corner in Oklahoma City the way we are in Sacramento. What you get instead is a build team that knows restaurants and a support line that a person answers at 11pm.
