Do you work in Reno?

Yes, a lot. Reno is close to home for us, straight over the hill from Northern California, and we install and support restaurant Point of Sale systems across the city, including Midtown and the downtown core.

What is specific to Reno

Reno restaurants live with two overlapping demand patterns. There is steady local trade, and then there are event weekends and Tahoe season, when a normal Saturday can double without warning. A Point of Sale that is comfortable at your average and fragile at your peak is the wrong system.

Midtown in particular runs a lot of independent, chef driven rooms with menus that change often. If changing a menu requires a support ticket, you will stop changing your menu. We build so your manager can do it.

Reno also runs a lot of rooms with the bar at the center of the business rather than off to one side. Tabs get opened early and held, tickets move between the bar and the kitchen, and the split between the two has to be set up deliberately or the kitchen ends up printing drinks.

Because we are close, a site visit here is a drive rather than a scheduling exercise. We build the menu before we come out, run the go live in person, and answer the phone around the clock afterwards.
