What is specific to the Central Valley
A great many valley kitchens run in Spanish, and Genius does too. The Point of Sale and the kitchen display can be switched to Spanish for your whole team or for individual staff, and we train in Spanish, in your restaurant. See Hablamos Espanol.
Volume here is family sized and price sensitive. Large tables, split checks, combination plates and to go orders running at the same time will expose a menu that was built carelessly. We build the modifiers and combos properly the first time so a busy Friday does not turn into a queue at the register.
Summer heat is genuinely hard on hardware. Terminals and card readers on a patio or near a window through a valley July fail in ways they do not fail on the coast. We specify equipment that can take it and place it so it survives the season.
