What LA operators actually ask for
Two things come up more here than anywhere else we work. The first is multi location. If you run three or six rooms, the question is not what the terminal does, it is whether you can change a price once and have it land everywhere, and whether you can compare last night across all of them without exporting anything.
The second is staff turnover. A system that takes a week to learn is a system that costs you every month. We build menus that a new server can run on their first shift, and we train on site rather than sending a login and a video.
Delivery volume is also higher here than most markets, which makes it worth getting online orders landing directly in the Point of Sale rather than on a second tablet nobody watches.
